1. Subscription & Premium Services

PIXAmeet may offer paid features such as premium memberships, profile boosts, or recruiter tools.

  • All payments are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and cover the selected billing period.

  • Cancelling your subscription will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current period.


2. Free Trial (If Applicable)

  • If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

  • Charges made after the trial period are not eligible for refunds.


3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical errors caused directly by PIXAmeet

  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.
